Tool setting under workpiece coordinates(130iTC)

Tool setting under work coordinate system is to select corresponding work coordinate cnc systems to do cnc machine tools setting after finishing reference return. which is mainly used in the condition that multi-tools coordinates can be totally offset, that is after finished tool setting, when machining different workpiece with same group tools (multi-tools) ,will only need modify value of work coordinates, but no need to set each tool again. The operation steps as following:
1)    all axes do reference return and select the first workpiece coordinate G54
2)    well clamp workpiece, elect appropriate  spindle speed and feed speed ,start spindle
3)    select wanted tool at safe tool change position
4)    move cutter and cut a short section along surface A (the distance should be ease of measurement)
5)    fix  X-axis and exit backtrack along Z axis ,  trun off spindle
6)    measure the ex-circle diameter Φ of the workpiece.
7)    press “SetCo”button, and a dialogue box Fig3.29 will pops out , please press “ ” button to select X-axis and input current measured value of X,  and “Enter” to confirm
8)    start spindle , move cutter and cut a section along B surface (ease of meassurment can be ok)
9)    fix  Z-axis and exit backtrack along X-axis , turn off spindle
10)    measure the distance from workpiece end face to Z0 (L)
11)    press “SetCo” button, a dialogue box Fig3.30 will pops out , please press “ ”  button to select Z-axis and input current measured value for Z ;  and “Enter” to confirm Now the workpiece coordinates G54 has been established.
12) move cutter and cut a short section along surface A (ease of measurement can be ok )
13) fix X-axis  and exit backtrack along Z-axis, turn off spindle
14) measure workpiece excircle value Φ
15) press “Tool Setting” button, a dialogue box Fig3.31 pops out, please press  “PgUp”, “PgDn” buttons to select tool compensation number and press “ ” buttons to select X-axis and input current measured value for X; “Enter” to confirm .
16) start spindle, move cutter and cut a short section along surface B(ease of measurement
can be ok )
17) fix Z-axis and  exit backtrack along X-axis , turn off spindle  
18) measure the distance from workpiece end face to Z0 (L)
19) press “ Tool Setting” button, a dialogue box  fig 3.32 pops out , please press“PgUp”,“PgDn” button to select tool compensation number , then press “ ” button to select Z-axis and input current measured value for Z; “Enter” to confirm .
Now the current tool has been set
20) move coordinates to safe position and change next tool ; start spindle, repeatly perform
steps 12-19 to finshi tool setting of current cutter; similarly , do tool setting of all tools .
